Hunger Games Challenge Inspiration: District 9

Once upon a time I started a creative challenge, one that was inspired by the Hunger Games. It was going quite well, until one day I hit District 9. I am not really sure if it is the Districts fault, it is after all one of the least known Districts of the entire series, or if it was just bad timing. Maybe it was a bit of both. But now that I am finally getting back into the groove and we are approaching the final Hunger Games movies, I figured now is better than never to finish the challenge.
